If the club needs to update a green fee for a online tee booking these are the steps the club will need to do this in:
- Refund the current online payment
- Update the green fee against the tee booking
- Charge the player for the new Green fee while they are at the club
Please Note: When players make an online booking the payment is a Hold/Pending payment. The money is not withdrawn form the players card till the club Authorises the payment.
A refund will not show as a plus amount in the players statement, the green fee will be removed and the player will be left with the non refundable4 booking fee of $2 and that is how they know the refund has been processed.
The refund process can take up to 7 working days to be fully completed.
Please note: Takapuna is the only club that is different in regarded to online tee booking payments
