[Golf Operations](https://www.support.dotgolfhq.com/knowledge-base/club-support?hsLang=en-nz#golf-operations) # Multi-Club Competitions Set Up ## This document helps ensure that all essential aspects of organizing and managing a multiclub competition are covered efficiently. Events that are run across multiple clubs can now be set up within the DotGolf. Such events can include multiple day/multiple round events played across different courses. The host club can now set up multi-club competitions from their Event Calendar. The other participating clubs will be sent an invite through clubhouse, and once accepted, will enable the host club to configure the event across multiple courses and markers. **The following will be done by the Host Club** 1\. Begin creating your new competition.  *Please ensure that the competition is set up with more than one round. The option to have a multi-club competition only becomes avaiable if there is are mulitple rounds.*  For details on how this can be done, please refer to the following article:  - [Basic Competition Set Up](https://www.support.dotgolfhq.com/knowledge-base/basic-competition-set-up?hsLang=en-nz) 2\. Once you have set up the basic competition, please save the event.  3\. Navigate to the Marker selection of the competition setup. Once this setting has been updated, a blue box will appear. Once you have located the other club participating in the multi club event, select "Invite". ![](https://www.support.dotgolfhq.com/hubfs/Knowledge%20Base%20Import/-xz-aXTADL0F65Xj67F0Cm66Y0mtrCvhbg.png) 7\. Select "Apply"  ![](https://www.support.dotgolfhq.com/hubfs/Knowledge%20Base%20Import/e8yhZRrLxos91B_3lrM2G8ASZMyLPWvrfg.png) 8\. Select "Save Changes" to send the invite to the participating club.  ![](https://www.support.dotgolfhq.com/hubfs/Knowledge%20Base%20Import/_eAbZjTRspwE84HS2N8gUh497z3j7PmjTQ.png) **After changes are saved to the competition, the invited club(s) would then receive a notification in the Clubhouse inbox where they can accept or reject the invitation.**  For details on how the participating club can check their inbox, please refer to the following article:  - [Inbox](https://www.support.dotgolfhq.com/knowledge-base/inbox?hsLang=en-nz) 9\.
